To get the best from broccoli, you start before it becomes broccoli. In the first few days, sprouts naturally build glucoraphanin—the precursor of sulforaphane, long before any true leaves show. That short window is what we aim to capture. We use European broccoli seeds and pick varieties that are naturally higher in glucoraphanin, confirmed by testing. Each batch is soaked, rinsed, and sprouted with carefully controlled humidity and temperature, then harvested right when the chemistry is at its best.

FROM SEED TO WHOLE-SPROUT POWDER
At peak, we take the whole sprout, root, stem, and early leaves, so the plant’s own matrix stays intact. We freeze-dry at low temperature to remove water while protecting delicate compounds, then mill the dry sprouts into a fine powder. No extracts, no additives, just the sprout. In parallel, we measure glucoraphanin and sulforaphane to check activity and conversion potential, so each batch keeps the same natural balance and quality.
PURE FROM NORWAY
Everything happens in Norway, from the arrival of European-origin seeds through sprouting, freeze-drying, milling, and packing. Every lot is traceable and laboratory-tested for identity, composition, and key markers, including glucoraphanin and sulforaphane. The goal isn’t to improve on nature, but to preserve what the plant already does best. That’s RÅ - whole broccoli sprout powder, free of extracts and additives, true to the original plant.
